Some say our world is getting smaller. I like to argue that never before have so many people been able to have such access to so many corners of our world before. The world is just our town, our region, our country. With dedication and a lot of financial planning, there aren’t many places a person can’t venture. For more and more of us travel is not just an thrill seeking adventure or a chance to soak up sun rays with a pina colada. It is an opportunity to learn, grow and better understand the cultures and ecosystems of our vast home. It is to feed our inner youth and the never-ending curiosity of the human mind.
